Pete and his team at Southern Lights were professional, timely and repaired and installed new lights to our existing system to achieve the Look we wanted at the agreed upon budget. Liked their work so much we added the annual maintenance contract.

I called Southern Lights for a repair on our existing outdoor landscape lighting. We also wanted to update our control timer while our unit was being serviced. Pete called me right back and set up a time for later that day. He arrived when promised and promptly addressed our issues. He quickly diagnosed our problem and repaired it immediately. He recommended an awesome timer that can be controlled using my smart phone. He had one on his truck and installed it while there. Bore leaving, he took his time setting it up on my phone and showing me all the features and programming options. From start to finish, I was highly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to thoroughly explain everything to me. We have lived in the Greensboro area for 3 years and I can honestly say this company was BY FAR the easiest and best we have dealt with.

We needed lighting on our drive and in the front of the house, but because of the structure we couldn't just use do-it-yourself solar lights. So we called Southern Lights, and they transformed our house into a showplace. Now not only is our driveway safe, but the house looks fabulous. We can't wait to have a party to show it off! The installation went smoothly and they are extremely conscientious about the placement of the lights. They come back out at night to check and make sure the lighting is set correctly and make sure the customer is happy. Highly recommend them for your exterior lighting needs!

We needed to replace our old landscape lighting. After getting several estimates and then talking with Pete, we were convinced Southern Lights was the company to do the work! We are very pleased with the great service and the look of the lighting at our home. When Pete says good lighting is a passion for him, he isn't kidding. He gets it right. The crew there did an awesome job, from meeting with me to showing me all the various possibilities and creative ideas they had, to professionally and promptly installing the lighting system to being ultra-responsive to any maintenance issues that have arisen. For me, having well written proposals and prompt documentation of change orders is comforting and helps assure that both parties are on the same page for the expectations of the final product and the payment. It was truly refreshing to work you. The management and crew took the time to understand my vision and helped to make it become a reality. The level of professionalism exhibited both in project management and in quality of work made for a happy customer and hopefully a proud installer.

My experience with Southern Lights was by far the best I've ever had with a company doing work for me. Once I contacted them that I was interested in some landscape lighting Pete was really prompt on getting back to me. He showed up to my house and was very professional and really took his time explaining what I needed to make my house look great. Once I decided on a package Southern Lights was very quick in working my house in. Installation went really smooth and Pete came back that night and worked extremely late on making sure all the lighting made the house look beautiful! Company came highly recommended and lived up to every aspect of that claim.
