My experience with Southern Lights was by far the best I’ve ever had with a company doing work for me. Once I contacted them that I was interested in some landscape lighting Pete was really prompt on getting back to me. He showed up to my house and was very professional and really took his time explaining what I needed to make my house look great. Once I decided on a package Southern Lights was very quick in working my house in. Installation went really smooth and Pete came back that night and worked extremely late on making sure all the lighting made the house look beautiful! I called Southern Lights for a repair on our existing outdoor landscape lighting. We also wanted to update our control timer while our unit was being serviced. Pete called me right back and set up a time for later that day. He arrived when promised and promptly addressed our issues. He quickly diagnosed our problem and repaired it immediately. He recommended an awesome timer that can be controlled using my smart phone. He had one on his truck and installed it while there. Bore leaving, he took his time setting it up on my phone and showing me all the features and programming options. From start to finish, I was highly impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to thoroughly explain everything to me. We have lived in the Greensboro area for 3 years and I can honestly say this company was BY FAR the easiest and best we have dealt with.
